Founder & CEO
Neonu Jewell has over 20 years of training, facilitation, legal, corporate, and academic experience across business sectors and industries. She has empowered thousands by focusing on personal development, transformational leadership, and promoting inclusive cultures where people can live and work together effectively across differences. As CEO, Neonu leads the DEI & Leadership Development, Crisis & Change Management, and Executive Coaching practice groups.
Neonu is a member of the teaching faculty for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (“LCLD”) Pathfinder Program and a board member of the Omega Institute. She is also the founder of Niyah Center (www.niyahcenter.org), an interfaith, empowerment, and social justice community.
